A-Mac Machinery & Fabrication Inc. serves various companies with machining, fabrication, assembly and on-site installation. We manufacture a variety of replacement parts to OEM standards, we also can provide millwright type services such as on-site welding and fabrication to reduce plant downtime. We also design and manufacture a full range of equipment for a range of industry, from micro machined components to complete working systems. We are hard pressed to find work that is out of our realm of capability, and rarely turn down projects. We are a veteran job shop that has been providing products and services for a very diverse group of customers for many years. We are extremely confident in what we do, and we pride ourselves in our workmanship.

The key to quality products is not only investing in quality machinery, but also heavily investing in quality human resources. Our CNC Machining department is run by Red Seal Journeymen Machinists using some of the latest CNC machining centers. In recent years machining complex parts has become exponentially more efficient. A-mac has harnessed the ability to machine parts using extremely versatile 5-axis CNC machining centers. When multi-axis machining is utilized, the possibilities are endless. We have the ability to make extremely complicated parts with fewer set-ups while increasing part quality. Quality is improved since part handling is decreased between set ups. Another added benefit of 5-axis machining is saving time. Parts take less time to machine which ends up saving the customer time and money.
